Here we are on the 2nd Semester! Did you enjoy the vacacions? Are you excited for this next semester?
My vacations were a little bit "lazy". Lol I didn't do the things that I wanted to because I was too lazy for that! I stayed in Lisbon and, when I wasn't with my boyfriend, I was in front of the computer doing silly things. =) But I enjoyed them a lot, I needed them (I was already tired of the exams and assessments)
Now I'm totally fresh for this 2nd Semester. And we started our first English class very well! As we have new colleages that are from Italy, we "played" a game: we had to walk around the room in any direction that we wanted and, when our teacher clapped her hands, we made a pair with a person that was nearest to you. Fortunately, in one of that times, I met Martina - she´s Italian, lives near Venice (I don't remember very well) and she's studying International Relationships. She also said that she loves Lisbon and want to stay there for a long time.
During the game, I also talked to a girl (I think that her name is Maria João and she's from Canada) about cats. She has two cats but she doesn't have time to take care of them and, because of that, her cats are doing things like pooping in the bathroom, and so on. It's sad because she may have to give them away to another person. I love cats, they're so funny and cute! Some people have the idea that cats are bad animals that hurt everyone. They only do that when they're playing with us (they don't control it) or they want to grab themselves to us being afraid of falling. They're great companions. I know that because my boyfriend has two female cats (one has 7 years-old, the other has only 5 months) and they're adorable. I too was afraid of them but now I've changed my mind. But it's true that they pass all the time sleeping! And they only sleep in sunny or comfortable places like beds or sofas. =P Here are their photo! The oldest one is called Lira and the other is called Maggie.
